Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to Auryn Connect, operated by Auryn International Private Limited. By using the service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you can bind that business to these Terms.

Auryn Connect is under active development. Public sign-up and production platform access are not presently offered through this website. Features described as planned, roadmap, beta or in development are not commitments to deliver by a particular date.

The service is intended for lawful business use by persons able to enter binding contracts. You must provide accurate information, protect future account credentials, maintain authorized administrators and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

You may choose to connect third-party services. You authorize us to exchange information with them only as needed for enabled functionality. Your use remains subject to each provider’s terms, policies, permissions, technical limits and availability. We do not control and are not responsible for independent third-party services.

Businesses using WhatsApp or Meta functionality must comply with applicable WhatsApp Business, Meta platform, commerce and messaging policies. You must not imply that Auryn Connect, your business or your messages are endorsed by Meta. Advanced onboarding and coexistence capabilities remain under development.

Future commerce integrations may expose order, customer, payment-state, fulfilment and return context. You remain responsible for the accuracy of source-system data, customer communications, transactions, refunds, taxes and compliance with Shopify or other commerce-provider policies. No partnership or endorsement is implied.

You are responsible for message content, recipients, timing, templates and campaigns sent through your account. You must obtain all legally and contractually required opt-ins, honor opt-outs, keep evidence of consent where needed, and comply with anti-spam, consumer-protection and telecommunications rules.

You must not send deceptive, unsolicited, abusive or unlawful communications, evade platform enforcement or use purchased contact lists without a valid basis.

Future AI-assisted output may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing outputs, setting appropriate controls and retaining human oversight, especially for sensitive, consequential or customer-facing decisions. You must not represent automated output as human-generated where disclosure is required.

You may use Auryn Connect only for lawful, authorized business purposes. You must not:

• violate law, third-party rights or connected-platform policies;
• send malware, phishing, harassment or fraudulent content;
• probe, disrupt or circumvent security, limits or access controls;
• reverse engineer the service except where law expressly permits;
• process highly sensitive data without authorization and suitable safeguards; or
• use the service to build a competing dataset or service through unauthorized extraction.

As between you and Auryn Connect, you retain rights in data you submit or connect. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit and secure that data to provide the requested service. You confirm you have the rights, notices and lawful basis necessary for that processing.

You must configure permissions appropriately, limit account access, keep connected-service credentials secure, remove departing users and promptly revoke compromised connections. You must not disclose secrets through support channels or public website links.

Auryn Connect, its software, visual identity and documentation are owned by Auryn International Private Limited or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership. If you provide feedback, you permit us to use it without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.

Development, beta and third-party-dependent services may change, pause or be discontinued. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a service-level agreement or any particular future feature unless separately agreed in writing.

Pricing, billing terms, taxes, renewal and cancellation rules will be presented before any paid service is ordered. This website does not currently offer a subscription, trial or checkout, and these Terms do not establish pricing or a refund policy.

We may restrict or terminate access for material breach, security risk, unlawful conduct, platform-policy violation, third-party direction or legal requirement. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure. You may stop using the service and request disconnection or deletion subject to applicable retention obligations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service and development materials are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing excludes warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, or lost profits, revenue, goodwill or data. Any financial cap applicable to a future paid service will be stated in the relevant order or supplemental terms. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify Auryn International Private Limited against third-party claims arising from your unlawful content, messaging practices, lack of required consent, misuse of the service, or breach of third-party platform policies or these Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Gurugram, Haryana, India shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of Auryn Connect. Mandatory rights and rules that apply regardless of contract remain unaffected.

We may update these Terms as the platform and law evolve. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Material changes may receive additional notice before taking effect where appropriate.
